They appear to be a scam
They appear to be a scam. It says on their webpage that they accept my insurance, that's why I scheduled the appointment. But when I tried to enter my insurance on the app, the app said 'sorry we don't accept your insurance'. Since it was at the last moment, I had the first appointment which lasted like 20 minutes. They charged my credit card $140. Later I got an explanation of benefits from Aetna, and guess what, they'd also charged Aetna insurance 270. So they were double-paid. Then, they charged my credit card another 100 dollars on top of it, for the second appointment that didn't happen because I decided to find a doctor that accepts my insurance since they were lying that they didn't accept it while being paid by it. I assume they'll charge my insurance for that, as well. I sent them an email about this but they're keeping quiet. There's no other way to contact them about this. Now I have to go through the insurance and my credit card to try to get some of my money back. So 500 dollars after, I'm frantically looking for a doctor that'll actually try to help me instead of taking advantage of my situation.
