I had a thorough health assessment. I didn’t feel rushed during my telehealth call. Dr. Garcia-Kumirov actively listened to my concerns and I appreciated receiving the summary of the visit afterwards. Sometimes when you are in person at an office visit the outside distractions and wait times can become overwhelming. I liked that I could connect from my office in the comfort of my own home without feeling anxious about everything else leading up to it. I would highly recommend.

The app made it very easy to schedule an appointment and add my insurance. My provider was prompt and friendly, listened to my needs and answered all of my questions quickly without making me feel rushed.

Ellen was pleasant and listened. Ellen was available when she said she’d be. She heard me and cared about my concerns and didn’t over talk me. I didn’t feel rushed. I felt safe discussing my issues
