I have a provider who listens
I have a provider who listens, and being whole-health minded, he ponders and recommends SUPPLEMENTS and where to get the best quality/value before jumping to pills. Also, that health is an entire system of functions, and ways to use the FOOD we eat to remedy/prevent a multitude of issues. Jarrod Roussel is the best, in my opinion! (Also, check out his and his wife's podcast, POWERONPLANTS! I listen/subscribe via Spotify)

Finally Found my primary care Doc!!
My appt with Dr. Quarles was the best appt I have had in a long time. Not only did he listen to my concerns he offered constructive feedback and a plan of action! I have been searching for a pcp and I have finally found one!! I love that I can have my appt via video instead of driving to an office and waiting, the flexibility of appt times works out great instead of the typical 8-5 office times. My only complaint is that I didn't find them sooner!! Circle Medical is changing health care for the better!
