I will never use it anymore. They made me pay 3 times for the gasoline at the gas station and they can't help me get my money back now. In the support work absolutely lazy and uniterested people!

Went into Circle K on Honeycutt & Porter Friday night 6/28/24 and the line was out the door. This store is always busy but I've never seen a line out the door accept opening day. The line was moving and I looked up to see how many cashier's were working. Only one! As I was waiting for my turn and he (the cashier Aaron) was running from his register and the self check outs. He kept a smile, treated the customers great and kept His cool. He (Aaron is the type of employee that will move up within the company. He went above and beyond his duty. Good job Aaron. Keep up the great customer service, work ethic and Fantastic job last night. ***** Five stars!!! I hope your boss sees this review. You deserve a raise!

I second every thing the other one star reviews reported. The employees are rude, especially the manager. If you hate your job, quit. Ahhh, self checkout... I guess their basic job description of cashier is obsolete. I will no longer visit the circle k at 1405 S Kings Myrtle Beach,SC 29577. That's my prerogative. However, I suggest the rest of you do the same. Better experience and service is about a mile up or down the road.

I went to buy smoke at Circle K around 23:45 on June 25 and the guy wants me to give him my car so he can tap it for me when I told him I can't give you my card I have to know what I'm paying for he declined to open the door and he insisted to take my card for payment. Circle K needs to teach their store people carefully beacuse this is not the way to make business by throwing customers with bad reasons. Store number is 22574 Edmontn,AB Canada.

1811 Sam Rittenberg Hwy Charleston, SC This store is the worst around. The car wash “stole” my payment. Upon purchasing a car wash and waiting, the wash never started. I went inside to see the employee regarding this and I was told “did you pay while it was in use? Then it won’t work and won’t acknowledge your code.” Then Proceeded to say “I don’t give refunds.” So basically go away and we can’t do anything for you. $17 down the drain donated to Circle K. The employee was ignorant and rude. Bet you if it happened to her, she wouldn’t feel the same way about it. To say the least, Circle K will not be getting anymore money from me….not in fuel or Carwash.

The company doesn't care of their employee. Market managers (some) store managers get away with a lot of crap. The company only care about sales, and doesn't even care how the store look like, the service is terrible leaving customers to wait for a long line. Not one store of Circle K that has a clean parking lot. The last manager who i work for is lazy, she expect to all her employee to do their responsibilities including hers and all she does in the office pretending to do in the computer which they do required to watch video, but it doesn't take all day to do that. She be in the office all the time watching her Netflix leaving the camera on so that way when her boss coming in she be aware of.Do not go to this location specially in the early morning , you will be experiencing to wait for a long line. 1171- AT&T PArkway on IH 35. On the top of that, she will leave the store almost everyday while on the clock to take her daughter to work and customer was telling me that she was on her uniform one day and that she was at one of the fast food to get something to eat. during lunch. She is very horrible person, it happened on more than one occasion one of the employee has a smell on him and this manager Cynthia grab an air freshener and sprayed directly to him. The customer tried to report it but she didn't get response for her complaints. That's what I am talking about, the company doesn't care of the employee.

I just left the Circle K store on Carbondale Rd in Dalton, GA. The prices of doughnuts are very high. I needed a dozen and there was only 1 box. I asked the cashier for another box because 1 doesn't hold all 12 doughnuts. She helped me looked but replied there was no boxes left. I asked if she coukd find me a box or container to hold the doughnuts. She quickly said there was none and offered a bag I had a meeting and needed these doughnuts. I paid almost $22 for doughnuts that look terrible because they were piled in a little bag. I complained to the cashier and she basically ignored me. If you're going to charge that much for doughnuts then have the supplies that you need. Now I look terrible showing up to a business meeting with nasty destroyed looking doughnuts- a waste of $22!!

Self checkouts, how can a person do self checkout when the attendant behind the counter puts everything in the computer? They call it self checkout for a reason we do it our SELF
