Circle KReviews of circlek.com

Cashier was rude and the store was filthy. One cashier leaning against back counter when someone should have been mopping the floor was sticky and spilt soda on floor. 75th ave and Glendale. The place is disgusting.

Their cashiers do not know how to efficiently do their jobs for one. At the Auburn store the cashier didn't know how to transfer the inner circle rewards it jewed me out of using and said the money was refunded to my account. At the Garrett store the actual pump wasn't working right and the guy wouldn't come out to even look at it or put a sign on it so someone else didn't try to use it. Said he'd transfer it to pump one and tried but the money I already spent was supposedly refunded and how I'm not sure, but he said I'd have to pay for it again. I'm on a tight budget already and already spent 46 $ trying to get gas, and if the your stupid cashier was right, ill have to wait for that money to be put back into my account because it's out there in limbo somewhere and I'll have to spend another 46 $ to even get gas now when I was already there in the first place to do just that. And I still haven't been refunded by either place as of yet, the one in Auburn Indiana and Garrett Indiana. Not very well trained customer representatives and now I'm just our the money twice I guess. Spend some money on time and training because this shouldn't happen anywhere when the only excuse for your cashiers is stupidity and lack of training.

I simply stopped into Circle K to buy a small snack today (Sep 3, 2024) while waiting for a bus. Preet greeted me with in such a friendly way ... and all I bought was peanuts ... but I don't drive and my wife was recently in Intensive Care and into a long recovery, so no car ... but I'll buy my treats from Preet anytime. And for his manager, I liked this conversation (and keep in mind I'm a retired teacher) ... I said "I guess you're back to school" ... and he said 'No, I work full time here' ... I said 'Do you enjoy your work' ... and he answered, 'I love it because every day I get to serve nice people like you' ... now that's an impressive answer from a great employee. I give him 100%.

So my wife who was an assistant manager was apparently hooking up with one of her trainers Josh at the ft worth weatherford location and the manager sara told me that's not her problem .. ok so when I went to purchase items a couple days ago and said individual was the the only one at the register when I was just trying to get my stuff and check out he kept repeating me and him need to talk which we don't. The manager sara said she knew about it but it's not her problem . So I guess that's great customer service . I.posting this on every outlet if I can't get an answer I don't appreciate as a customer this kind of treatment

I frequent the Circle K #2707752 And it's against the LAW for employees NOT Allowed ANY breaks, only bathroom break for an 8-9 shift.

Make dam sure to count change in front of cashier. Went in, bought 5 gallons of water paid with a 100 dollar bill. Cashier gave me my change, I started to walk off and didn't look right. I counted it and was shorted 50 dollars. I asked her to count drawer, she refused, I asked for manager, again refused. Found out from other store this was not unusual at this store or this clerk. After over a month of no action I tried to contact corporate offices. Left over 15 messages never got a call back. Bottom line circle k suckes and doesn't give a crap about their customers

1000 Milwaukee Ave, Lincolnshire, IL. My car wash payment was stolen as well. On the 2d of August I purchased a car wash and was waiting for 10 min, the wash never started. My wife went inside to see the employee regarding the issue and employee was ignorant and rude and said, “I don’t give refunds.” Also she was told he is not responsible for a car wash and if she would be really, really nice to him, he may even tell the manager’s name to her. So no car wash, no refunds, just insults.
