It's very noticeable Circle K is about quantity and not quality
It's very noticeable Circle K is about quantity instead of quality. The employees working in the stores probably make a crap wage from a multi billion dollar corporation. Pay the one's that are good and stick around and the revolving door of employees might lessen. Also, you are rebranding the stores from Holiday to Circle K. Which of course you have every right to do, but your logo is so trashy looking, you are taking away from the classy look of Holiday which everyone in these parts are used to. When I worked for the Erickson's who owned Holiday, you actually mattered. Then I worked for Circle K and you are just a number that comes and goes as fast as lightning. You'll never have sophistication and class like Holiday, as I've been to many of your stores down south, and they rank right along with a low grade speedway. All I have to say is do better Circle K. Treat and pay your employees a DECENT wage and you might not have so much turn around. But you have big shoes to fill buying out Holiday, who EVERYONE affiliates with. You will never compete with Kwik Trip at your Circle K level. The Holidays should have stayed Holidays. Big mistake on your part. Stick money into the stores that need it. I could name a few. You were supposed to be a comparable fit to Holiday when you bought them. I have yet to see this happen. Bring back the Holiday Corporate office so there's a help desk, maintenance, and technicians ready to roll and actually fix things. Not having to call your help desk in AZ, stay on hold forEVER, and getting nowhere. You need to stay true to the industry the Ericksons built and the people in the Midwest love.
