Hi, Our free tweet delete service is indeed limited to 50 tweets. We apologize if this limitation was not clear upfront. Unfortunately, we cannot provide unlimited delete services for free due to operational costs. We appreciate your understanding and would be grateful if you could consider updating your review. Your feedback is important to us and helps us continue to improve our services. If you need any further assistance or have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Hi , We understand how unsettling it can be to see unexpected charges and truly appreciate the opportunity to clarify this situation. Based on our records, it appears that a Circleboom Twitter Pro/Annual plan was subscribed to in 2021. Since the subscription was not canceled through your Circleboom account or by contacting our support team, the subscription automatically renewed according to our terms of service. We want to reassure you that all transactions are securely processed through Stripe, a globally trusted payment provider that upholds the highest standards of payment security. This ensures that no transaction is processed without proper authorization through the connected account. If you do not recall subscribing or using Circleboom, it might help to review past email communications . We are more than willing to assist you in verifying the account details and guiding you through the cancellation process if needed. Our support team is ready to provide personalized assistance—please reach out to us directly at [support @ circleboom.com l], and we’ll do our best to resolve this matter quickly and transparently. / Kevin

We are sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand how frustrating this situation can be. Circleboom is an official X (formerly Twitter) partner, and X has its own strict rules when it comes to bulk following and unfollowing. If X detects spam-like behavior, they may restrict accounts, even when using third-party tools. Our system is designed to align with X’s policies, but it’s crucial to follow the platform’s official guidelines. We strongly recommend reviewing X’s follow limits and rules to avoid penalties. You can check them here: X Follow Limit Rules. We apologize for any delays in responding to your support request. Our team is always working to improve our tools and customer experience. If you still need assistance, please reach out again, and we will prioritize your case. Thank you for your patience and for sharing your feedback! Kevin
