When I signed up for Twitter Tool Limited Plan, they gave a promo, Circleboom X Post Planner free for the first month. I want to unsubscribe from the Twitter Tool Limited Plan, and it tells me I need to pay for Circleboom X Post Planner because the discount is only for the Exclusive Bundle Offer, and because you're canceling before the end of your first month , the discount no longer applies. Complete bullshit. It wasn't transparently made clear during the sign up process that if I got the Bundle Offer, I would have to pay for it if I do not continue my subscription the following month. For anyone who plans to sign up with Circleboom for specific features, do not sign up for any bundles if you're not planning to use it.

How is this legal? Once you link your Twitter account, without asking, it follows the CEO and its own Twitter account. Second, before registering, it doesn't make it clear that you can only delete 50 tweets for free.

The tool itself works but has a terrible UI that tries to force you into an upgrade to additional services that you may not need. Putting that issue to the side the company's deceptive and dishonest marketing and billing practices are even worse and soured the entire experience. When I signed up, an add-on called "X-Post Planner" was automatically bundled into my order without my conscious selection. It appeared free for the first month, but when I tried to cancel, I was told I owed a "reversal fee" — a penalty that appears nowhere in their Terms of Service. I exchanged multiple emails with support asking them to show me where this fee was disclosed before purchase. They were unable to produce any evidence. I offered a reasonable compromise — absorbing part of the fee just to close the account cleanly. No response. Then cancellation window passed, I was charged another $41.98, and I was ultimately forced to dispute the charge with my credit card issuer. Their Terms of Service were last updated in 2021 and contain no mention of bundles, add-ons, or cancellation penalties. They are enforcing terms that don't exist in writing. The product does do what it advertises despite the terrible UI. I am however deeply disappointed by the dishonest and shady marketing and billing practices behind it. I strongly recommend avoiding doing business with this unethical company.

Very disappointed with the Circleboom partnership. I was part of Circleboom's affiliate program. I have commissions that have been pending payment for months, over $114. After several emails, no response from them and no payment. I recently tried to log into the affiliate platform to check my balance, and they went as far as deactivating my account, with no explanation at all. I'll update this review if the situation gets resolved.
