The past two visits we’ve had pretzel bites at the concession stand and there was so much melted butter in the box they came in it literally spilled out and stained my husband and I’s clothes. They also pull movie viewings at the last minute-even special events they’ve advertised for months (other theatres will still have the showings and/or they only pull some of the days- I checked before writing this because I know it wouldn’t be fair to fault them if it was something the distributor did that they had no control over).

Aparte me dan crispetas saladas sin preguntar y por el cambio me cobraron adicional a lo que ya había pagado por el producto. Seats are comfy. Delivery of concessions convenient. I don’t need to explain to a 3 & 5 yo what your own sexuality of gay is. It doesn’t always need to be announced…even in the pre-movie screenings where it begins.

Cinemark was my "go to theatre" they were clean (Lakewood, Colorado), good popcorn, free refills, good snack selection. Went to see Top Gun and discovered no refill on a popcorn cuz of covid. GIVE ME A BREAK!! Then give us a new container for a refill. You just gave yourself a huge raise. The fountain drink thing didn't work. There was only individual pizzas, no hot dogs, nachos etc... the snack bar area was dirty, the cafe area closed with fans and water on the floor. This used to be a nice theatre, so sad that you have lowered your standards. You have lost my business. And stop using the excuse of covid to rip off your customers 2 1/2 years later. Seriously???? You get 2 stars because the seats were very comfortable (that's all you have going for you at this time).
