What garbage, first you get rid of your employees to use online tools. Then you start charging $2 online fee. I hope you id$&ts go bankrupt. You’re already dying, why would you add $2. I will personally waste gas/time to buy tickets at location just to go against your $2 policy.

I book a movie at the movie theater in Watford. Paid for tickets and showed up prior to the movie time only to find out that they decided to cancel the movie an hour before. They did refund the ticket price but not the booking fee. Will never book with them again. They will cancel your show not fully refund you and waist your time

The website lists movies. When you select one, you don't see where it's playing. You have to click the arrow at the bottom of the screen for a particular theater, then, when you see the features for that particular theater listed, your selection isn't among them.

My online account was hacked and someone used $75 worth of gift cards and 3 of my movie credits and Cinemark refuses to give me any information on how the gift cards were used. How my account was compromised or how I was never notified. They gave my movie credits back but wouldn’t reimburse my gift cards. That I paid for!

On 8/12/23 I went to the Cinemark theater in Ypsilanti, Mi. to see a movie. I bought a bottle of water and a small popcorn and it was $11.76. When I went to pay for it with my credit card the clerk said my card didn't works so I paid cash. When is got my credit card statement the purchase was also on the statement. I paid $23.52 for a small popcorn and a water.

We got the Cinemark app but paused it during covid. They EXPIRED like 20 tickets that we had saved up. Don't get their app. Rip-off.

The lady working in the box office on Thursday August 24th around 12:30PM at the Perkins Rowe location was very disrespectful. She didn't greet me. When time to select my seat she didn't make eye contact and just asked,"Where you wanna sit?" She then printed my ticket and slid it very hard under the slot and when I said thank you there was no response. Very unprofessional.

Cinemark recently upped its prices. I am a movie club member and received an email letting me know ahead of time, and said if I paid for my membership in full for the year I would be locked in at the previous prices. I agreed and paid in full. I was shocked when I was paying $2 more a ticket, despite the email promising the previous rate. I called and the customer service agent said it wasn’t his fault marketing didn’t explain it properly and there was nothing he could do. I followed up with an email, saying I’m unhappy with the bait and switch, followed up with a non-resolution and an eye roll. Cinemark treated me like an idiot! I previously enjoyed being a Movie Club member so much. And wouldn’t you know. They never replied. They don’t care about customers at all. Just another greedy, scammy company. Do not trust them with your money!
