CiCI Wigs is truly a big Scam they take pictures from actual wig hair sites and put them on their website and the product they ship you is nothing like the product described, pictured or purchased. I purchased the wigs on 11/23/2019 during their 70-80% off sale. The wigs arrived 12/13/2019.The wigs are not lace fronts, or even similar. They are half wigs, with no combs or bands to attach the wig to your head. The scalp portion is a hard plastic white that is sewn into the wigs to make it look like a part. There is hair missing from the back of the nets, leaving large gaps in the wigs, especially the black wavy wig. They are very shiny and some what plastic looking and are shedding and they have not even been worn. The wigs look like the wigs that are sold during Halloween. I would never purchase from them and wouldn't recommend anyone else buying their wigs either. There is no phone number and they want you to email a general mailbox. Truly disappointed and they should not attempt to deceive customers.

These reviews either have to be fake or I received the wrong wig. I want my money back. The wig I received looks nothing like this. RUINED MY BDAY. Where is the 360 lace? Where is the human hair? Hell where are the waves. Why was it package so unprofessionally, gray outside wrapping with the synthetic wig in a ziplock bag. Not a happy customer, POINT- BLANK-PERIOD!!!!

This place does not deserve the one star. These are the worst wigs and you will not get what is pictured or described. I was so disappointed and disputed the charge. I was told to return, which I did and it cost me $23.50 but it was the principle that mattered most to me. P.S...they are shipped from China and you are not informed of that before placing your order

Horrible...bad sales. There is no number to contact them. Images and product does not match description. Responds time to email is horrible just bad... Is there something else like BBB that I could contact?

Ripped off . I wished I would have seen these reviews before buying . Complete scam . Sent me a nappy wig I wouldn’t even let my grandma wear on her head . Seriously I ordered a human hair wig and they sent a nappy a** wig that was not like the picture . I will be disputing this with my bank for fraud because this is insane

Waste of money!!! Wig looked nothing like the picture and didn’t have lace on it or combs inside wig. A big scam I sent in a request for a refund

Its a scam i spent OVER 60 bucks on hair and they sent me the same wig. And they look like wish wig.. None of them are 360 lace frontal like it show on the website. There a scam and cheap. Plus when I ask for my money back. They still have not replied back to me.. So im out of money with 3 of the same cheap as wigs .. Don't buy from them
