This is the worst of the worst. They stated that its money back guaranteed and I have yet to receive a response from customer service let alone a refund. I purchased 3 wigs and they are all mesh. The site clearly stated lace front or lace wigs. The hair is definitely not human and tangles when pulled out of the packaging. I have attempted to contact the company the day the wigs were received to speak with someone about how to fix this issue due to wanting to keep the wigs but wanting what I paid for. If it is possible to shut this site down it should be.. At least be honest about the crap that you are selling. Those of us that wear wigs often know the difference between lace and mesh as well as human from synthetic. At this point I have given the wigs to my 7 year old neice to play dress up in because they can definitely not be worn out in public.. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !

BEWARE ciciwigs are SCAMMERSS!! Do not trust this scamming company 1. The pictures used for advertising are bait and switch (cheap plastics hair with no lace although advertised as human hair 360 lace front). 2 . They sent 3 of the same exact style wigs so basically none of the wigs matches the advertised Styled there was no lace and the wigs were poorly constructed and the hair looked like plastic 3. They saw they will refund money but once you agree to return they refuse to send a return shipping label. Then they will send another email saying they will offer you a 10% then 20% discount to keep the items. 3 if you refuse then they will email you as if this is a new conversation offering discount again then indicating the following is required to return or you won’t get a refund and if you see they are wording the return process in such a way that if form is not fully completed no refund. This is Just more ways to delay refund. This ciciwigs is nothing but a scam I don’t even believe they should be call a company or business just scammers. Don’t waste your time or money on scammer ciciwigs scammers. They do not even deserve 1/2 star.

I gave them one star because it was the only option. They sent three of the exact same wig, none of what I had ordered and they were synthetic, not human hair. There is no way to contact them, the number they have on the website is invalid, I sent several e-mails and got no response. Do NOT order from them, this is a scam. Anytime the website is elusive about contacts BEWARE! By the time the wigs arrive your payment has been processed and it's difficult to get refunded. 90% off is a hook to get your funds and you get nothing.

This place is an entire con-shop. Nothing you order here is going to come like it was shown. It's very hard to get your money back if you try to dispute an order. Don't waste your time; find another place to shop.

I ordered 3 wigs and they were supposed to be lace fronts...and they weren't....my order was all wrong. Didn't get nothing I payed for...I will not be recommending or ordering no more...False advertising and fraud...y'all should be ashamed of y'all selves

I order a wig yesterday morning and thought I was legit... afterwards I look for the return and contact number it wasn’t there... I will never in my life order from CiCiwigs again... now I’m tryna find ways to get my money back... please save yourself some time and don’t even click on the ciciwigs site!!!!! I don’t see the point of why they even have a page if they scamming people I mean like that money could be going on something else that’s worth it and needed!!!!!!!!!
