I too was scammed by Ciciwigs.com
I too was scammed by Ciciwigs.com. I tried to preemptively get the order cancelled by emailing them and asking them not to ship the package once I found the reviews here, but they said they shipped it already. Right. I also disputed the transaction with PayPal, but because I hadn't received the package yet, the claim had to be for not receiving the package. Ciciwigs gave PayPal the tracking info, so they closed the case. I had it reopened once I received the wigs and they were not what I ordered. They were cheap synthetic wigs with no lace. I was promised 360 lace, human hair wigs. Still waiting for their response, but I'm pretty sure they will want me to send the wigs back and pay shipping when I didn't pay shipping to begin with. I will find the cheapest way to send them back and get my money back. They're not keeping my money. Update: After a lot of back and forth with PayPal, Ciciwigs has agreed to refund me if I send the wigs back. They gave me an address in China to ship back to. This is how they make their money. They shipped the package from one of their distributors in the U.S. I'm sure their shipping costs were low, which is why they offer free shipping over $45. Then if you want to return it, you have to ship to China, which is expensive. It cost me $39 dollars to ship the package back with tracking through USPS. Ciciwigs is counting on consumers not wanting to spend that much money. The only reason why I did is because PayPal covers returns up to $30 if your account is in good standing. I will let y'all know how the the return goes.
