High cost, slow processing times, and difficulties in getting refunds. lot of hidden charges and very very poor customer service. Visa processing times are way more than if applied directly.

CIBT visas wow, unbelievable fees for a visa, cost us $150.81 each extra on top of the Indian visa fee, how can they justify $750 plus for a family of 5..... beware, I will add that when I made a complaint, they were quick the next day to refund in full.

Charge £66 for an ESTA without making it clear, even taking a £0 card check on my account rather than being honest and showing it as a £66 charge. Don't get an ESTA through these guys - go direct to the US gov website. It's not the legality I question, it's them not showing the price until after the transaction is done that is dishonest. If I had seen £66 I would have decided to do it myself rather than have them process the application for me. I wasn't given that choice hence the 1 star review.

Once you sign into their system to start the application, they would charge their undisclosed fees on your credit card. Upon completion of the service, they would adjust the charge. Fortunately, we did not complete our Chinese Visa application and so we were able to cancel their service and hence their charges. The Chinese Visa cost $140 per application. Instead of $280 ( 2 x $140 ), they charged $999.32 on our visa card. The $999.32 includes $19.32 for consular processing fee, $614 ( 2 x $307 ) for China Tourist Standard Service Fee, Passport Replacement Coverage ( insurance ? ) for $43.00. The total of $999.32 does not even include any Fedex or UPS charges since we would pick up the documents from their office which is close by to the Chinese Visa Office. Chinese visa office would not do any mailing of visas or passports. You must pick up in person or by a surrogate. Hence the need for a travel agency to pick up for you and mail you the documents . Since we live in Los Angeles, we could all these in person. It only took 3 to 4 days. The total charge we paid was $280.00 In addition, the consulate also personally interviewed us when we submitted the application in person. I don't know how an agent can do this. Anyway, we saved ourselves bigtime by not going through them

Giving one start because there is no option for zero star. I paid ~300GBP all they did was filling in an application from a document I filled in myself, my appointment got cancelled by the visa application centre, they were not even aware of that, really disappointing.

I paid for priority service and got terrible customer service. Lack of reply to multiple emails and voicemails, information uploaded was lost, the agent lied and sent me passport via multi day courier rather than expedited overnight service. It arrived 30 minutes before I left for the airport. Incredibly frustrating and stressful. I emailed afterwards to ask for a refund for priority and got no reply whatsoever.

We applied for a visa to south korea and understood that the fee was $10 but without disclosure we were charged $124.40. When I phoned them to explain that we were not informed of this cost the woman hung up on me without explanation or help!!!!

Very opaque pricing policy; negligent and incompetent customer service. Once they cash your money they do not comply with the agreed commercial terms; you apply for a visa in Austria and they ask you to submit/ ship your passport to a consulate in Serbia !!! When you try to get explanation about this, their customer service automatically answers that everyone follows such instructions without any problems; also, your visa agents are not reachable via phone and you get forwarded to consultants based somewhere in South Asia and who are even more helpless (they litterally hang up the phone on your face when they do not have answers). Someone needs to enquire about the fraudsters practices of this company... Avoid wasting your time and money !
