CIBTReviews of cibt.com

I mailed my passport on Tuesday and received my new one 8 days later on Wednesday. I used the digital photo option and received confirmation in one day that my photo was approved. Super easy, no issues!!

Very communicative support. Chawn was so professional, courteous and patient with all my questions and communications. Superb Job with advising and instructing what was needed. Timely and quick submissions. Great follow up by Chawn with updates and any outstanding items needed!

Chawn Crockett provided incredible service that allowed us to get visas to China on a super rush basis. She took complete ownership and stood with us every step of the way. Our family is so grateful!

Multiple Questions! I had so many questions all through the process so had to call CIBT multiple times. Every time I called I quickly got a person on the line who was clear, concise and understandable. My questions were all answered in a way that I could understand, and the process went quickly. I'm grateful for how they held my hand through the process!

Applied for India business evisa. Nice and easy to follow the process, but especially want to mention Teodora Lazic who was very responsive and helpful to a couple of questions I had, and also when I attached the wrong document! Please ensure she receives my thanks.

It was a lot of data to upload but once completed it worked very fast. Team was very responsive on status.

As a busy and competent professional, I really appreciate how CIBT have an online form that guides you through the process and gives you all the requirement to work through at your own self pace - no dependency on two-way email correspondence. The user experience and interface of the form for my e-visa was clear and simple to follow - it's my second purchase and CIBT are worth the premium price for peace of mind and efficiency!

This service is very reliable & professional. I needed my passport renewed quickly as it will be expiring soon. I didn't want to take a chance & renew it myself manually and risk it being delayed or lost in the mail. We use this service at my company for business related travel issues regarding Visas / All Passport related matters / Electronic Busi Visas (though it is fully reimbursable if the request is for company business travel). Unfortunately I had to pay out-of-pocket being that I do not travel for business at my job. Honestly this service is very expensive, but I had 100% customer service working with me throughout the entire process from beginning to end. I felt like there's no price on peace of mind when it involves processing of any legal documents/materials.
