1st time user. Rather long and convoluted to begin with to the point I was wondering if this indeed was a scam. Upon contacting the company everything changed. Loved the fact that you could speak to an English speaking contact. Shane Black was very helpful. Confidence was restored. Explained everything to my satisfaction. Only negative is the cost which includes Embassy Cost of the Visa and Visalink cost for the service. Visa issued promptly.

The one thing I found stressful was nobody to talk to until you had a order number and paid for their services. After that the ladies I talked to on the phone were very helpful and patient. Best bet is to have your photo taken at any store that does passports and scan your passports there well your at it. Then download information and there should be no problems. Visa came in no time one week tops.

Very happy with the process of getting a visa - it was easy to use although it would be better if it was made clearer the time frame for submitting a visa application before actual travel. We are "earlybirds" and applied 3 months before our travel date, CIBT advised us of this and undertook to submit the applications at the correct time. We received our visas within 3 working days of the revised application submission. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the date on one visa but this was rectified within 1 day. Cannot fault CIBT response times - will certainly use them again.

A work colleague advised me about them, quick and easy to use. Got all the information I need, was advised four working days and it took three! The portal was easy to use to upload documents. Would be nice to get the cost upfront as an idea. I will be saving this link and advising other work colleagues whom travel - thankyou
