CIBTReviews of cibt.com

VisasDirect were excellent and helped me secure my Indonesian visa. I will definitely use them again Couple of things to consider before you apply: 1. Have all of the documents you need to upload available before you start your application 2. The phone numbers advertised including phone +61 3 9673 1500 doesn’t take you to a real life person and just redirects you back to the website and email addresses. There is no answering machine for callbacks

I have used CBIT services to renew a passport and get a visa. The service was easy to use, helpful and quick. A little expensive but I would definitely use again.

The agent who handled my request was very responsive and proactive which made the experience, my first with them, very positive. I would feel confident going through their service again because of Mary. She stepped in to speak with her manager and résolves one misunderstanding concerning payment.

I was happy to get our visas for Chile from the website as it took the stress off trying to navigate it by ourselves. I found them very helpful when rang up about visas, and put my mind at rest. A bit expensive but worth it for the peace of mind, and knowing they were taking care of every thing

I did have some problems uploading passports and picture but your agent, ANGELA W. was extremely helpful in getting me to where I needed to be. She is hopefully, a valuable employee. She turned a mess into a completed process for me.

I had to submit a photo multiple times, but once that was accomplished things went quickly. I was also under a tight timeline, which VC met; however, I reached out to VC a couple of times by phone and status checks to clarify where my application was in their process as I had not received emails from VC giving me details.

I had to upload a second picture of my Passport, which was minorly annoying. Aside from that, I found the process fairly straightforward and easy to submit and I had my approval an papers less than a week later.

Pretty straight forward. Only problem I had to submit a photo 3 times before it was accepted. But overall quick.
