CIBTReviews of cibt.com

Easy to use website, can add info on a step at a time and add other information later. Quick and easy process.

I got my Saudi Visa within 3 days of submitting the packet. CIBT advisor was right about which consulate to use and what to provide.

I used CIBT for a Chinese visa for one of my executives. In the past I've worked with CIBT for passports and visas from many countries - I've always used the Concierges' service. I must admit that most of the time the concierges has been less than helpful however, this time I had the pleasure of working with Sounia Ladmia...she was wonderful! She was quick to answer questions, kept us informed throughout the entire process and was ALWAYS very courteous. I wish all of your reps were like her.

Fantastic service! Saudi visa completed in 48 hours; only because I had to reupload a photo, otherwise it would have been sooner. Thank you very much for a smooth and reliable service.

I’ve been getting visas for work purposes many years. I applied for a new Chinese visa because my existing unexpired visa had my name mis-spelled which cost me an extra hour every time I entered the country. The error was caused by the Consulate and not CIBT. I also used another service - never again! I found the CIBT web process to be extremely detailed and thorough. Follow the instructions to the letter and your application should be approved without delay. Because I held an unexpired visa with an error in my name, the Chinese consulate did not want to issue a new one. Melissa from CIBT was exceptional in getting this pushed through following up with me via emails and phone calls making my application a success. As a business owner I would definitely hire Melissa in my company for a customer service representative. She treats customers professionally, is friendly and knows her stuff! Thank you Melissa!!! .

Very clear information and helpful advice - all went through very well.

CIBT was recommended to me by the company that I was travelling to China for. I am glad that I did not read the reviews beforehand as I would have missed out on an exceptionally seamless process. It is not cheap but you get what you pay for. I had the premium service and was in a rush situation to get my visa as I had only three weeks before departing for China with tickets already bought and paid for. My consultant (Veronika) assured me that all would be well - and it was. I got my visa back today - a week before travelling. I was fully aware of the charges including overnight express shipping as they were clearly laid out and I discussed all of them with Veronika prior to moving forward. I sent frequent mails requesting advice on the process and the questions on the application form and got prompt, specific answers. I was continually updated on the status of my application by phone and mail. Can you do this on your own with smaller expense? - yes. Would I have gotten it all correct? - probably. Would I have been confident on getting my visa back in time? - not at all. I understand that other people have had a different experience than I did but for me, this was an exceptional experience, and I can only thank Veronika for dealing with my multitude of questions with absolute professionalism and for getting my visa in my hand with a week to spare.

Gabriel Concepcion was very helpful and provided fast and efficient service. I would highly recommend using him.
