I recently applied through CIBT for a Vietnam E-Visa paying for priority costs as I had been experiencing difficulties with the application I had done on line. CIBT’s application process was easy to follow and once completed and invoice paid I was informed by email from CIBT that it was with the Authority’s in Vietnam and they would inform me when the visa was granted. Unfortunately the issuing authority, The Vietnam Government, closed down for their New Year holiday for a week so I had a longer wait than usual. On two occasions I spoke to CIBT’s leading customer service agent, Shane to get his advice about the original visa I had applied for several weeks earlier, as I was getting requests on a weekly basis for amendments to my original application and wasn’t sure whether I should ignore them. I had no understanding of what errors I had made and nobody answered my queries or emails in Vietnam. Shane was very helpful and reassuring at all times and offered suggestions as he could hear how anxious I was feeling about the length of time it was taking to get this visa. The visa was granted as quickly as was possible having regard to the Lunar New Year and I am happy to recommend CIBT. It is an expensive process but in my opinion worth every cent.

I am not in the least tech savvy but I found this process quite easy. I applied for a visa for myself and my daughter and they were processed within two days. I’m not overly impressed with the cost but that’s not something that can be changed.
