Very easy interface, linked from my company's travel site. Quick service in the advertised 2x business days. Applied for an optional ETA for South Korea, with a nominal $10 consular fee; however, was a little surprised to see a full 6x that $60 fee for processing. For complicated VISA countries, maybe that's acceptable, but would expect there to be a better price ladder for simple services.

The CIBT web site was confusing and at times stopped functioning, yet I was charged a standard service fee each time. It required me to call CIBT. The line dropped the first time and I never got a call back, so I tried again and this time it was successful; I was able to reconcile the multiple invoices. I also find the information for Sri Lanka misleading. The CIBT web site indicates a 2 day transit visa is free and provided a link to a government site that never worked. It always had errors or timed out. The result is that I had to pay $70.69 for each person.

Find it very useful and easy to use but the charges is way too high. Should look at adjusting it lower.

It takes longer for this company to get the visa than if you go through the official website of India. It took 24hrs to review the document, then another 24hrs to say the picture taken wasnt good enough, then another 24hrs to say that there was a typo in the invitation letter. So thats straight away three days away, when in general the Indian government grants both e-tourist and e-business visa within 72hrs from submission. It’s worthwhile to use for people who do not speak English and not able to follow the governments website.

CIBT used to be a great company to get the visa and related services. Lately their service has gone down. They have employees with poor knowledge of the business and need the intervention of supervisors/ senior people to get the work done.

Getting my visa for Sri Lanka was very easy and quick. 12 out of 10 for that experience. Staff helpful and well informed. Not so getting my visa for India. I cannot get a response for why my photo has been rejected 7 times in the last week despite being identical to my passport photo. Not the service I received for Sri Lanka. -7 out of 10.

Visa approval went through smoothly but I didn't see a lot of value add for the extra cost.
