Receptionist had be going in circle for an hour trying to reach someone. Unable to get through to customer service, so think about that before you rely on a visa for an important trip!

I paid for the premium service which promises a call within 1 hour. It's been a week with no contact, after multiple calls and emails from me. I sat on their 'premium' call line for 45 minutes - nothing. This place is a scam. Go elsewhere.

I have never left a negative review in my life but CIBT visas has been so dishonest and incompetent that others must be warned. I submitted my documentation for travel to China over a month in advance of my trip. After a week of no response I called customer service. They said that they could see all of my documents were submitted, and I would hear back the following Monday or Tuesday. I did not. I eventually called again, and again, and again after repeatedly being told that someone would be in contact. As the date of my trip got closer customer service members "escalated" my order four different times. I was reassured that I would still make my trip on time, and was foolish enough to listen. I am currently missing my trip as no one was ever even assigned to look at my documentation.

Only a 1 star because you can’t give a zero. I used this service because it is recommended by NCL and I needed a Visa for a shore excursion in Jeddah. After lodging the application on October 10th, visa central sent an email Nov 2nd with no contact details saying “We are currently facing technical issues which are impacting the issuance of the Saudi Cruise specific visa. To ensure that your upcoming travel is not impacted, CIBT will need to apply for a standard Saudi Tourist eVisa on your behalf.…This will be approximately 140 USD per person.” The fact they had applied for the wrong visa to start with but charged as though I was applying for the $140 USD visa meant I had $375 in credit. Not wishing to miss out on the booked excursion I agreed to continue the process and would pursue any refund for their original error. I am now up to about 12 lengthy phone calls and no closer to receiving the service I have paid for. The staff contacted are poorly trained and have little ability to sort problem. stay clear of this Non-Service

Just awful. Was told a 4 day turn around time for a work china visa. Still waiting 2 weeks later and will have to withdraw by the end of next week if haven't heard anything. My agent is rude and patronising. I need my passport back too ASAP if I have to withdraw my application. I am a foreign national and it's really unsettling not to have your passport. I want to go home for Xmas but will I have my passport back by then - no reassurance from the agent.

Terrible customer service. I made a mistake on my Vietnam visa application and the agent refused to let me apply again without paying another fee. It is a total rip off. The agent was exceptionally rude and yelled at me. There are other places that offer this service for less and with better service

I wish I read these reviews before I started the China Visa process. My boss needed a business visa to China. We paid for the premium service, 450$. This has been a nightmare. The agent doesn’t respond to emails and forget about answering phone calls. Truly the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. This company is the worst.. stay away!!
