An appalling level of service from this company that advertises a "PREMIUM" level of service however fails to respond to emails and voice messages. And then invoices you for their so called "PREMIUM" service before providing any level of service. I will start naming and shaming shortly of all the people that I am being forced to deal with with no actions or outcomes. And yes, I will give my name and order number so they can pretend as soon as they give me somebody SENIOR enough in this organisation to actually something about my application.

I would prefer to give them a giant ZERO!! I used Travisa several years before covid to get extended visas. Everything went smooth and easy access to a representative. Today, after entering my bankcard info, I started the Philippine application form, had a question and tried to reach a representative. I paid for Premium service! Every time I called the premium service phone number after a couple of minutes, they would disconnect the call. After several attempts over about 3 hours, I finally called their general contact number and told the representative to stop my application and I will not initiate any service with them due to their horrible service. After the call I received an email saying my Premium service representative would contact me in 2 business days. Unacceptable. They have become a HORRIBLE company! Do not use them!

One star is being generous. After 4 weeks of repeatedly uploading documents, still nothing. Status is "submitted to embassy Dec 1, 1969" seriously? I have spoken to 4 customer service reps who claim to escalate to exec management, but I hear nothing. They took my money tho. I get "Upload successful" emails every time, but when I check a few days later, I get the same old story.

Via Canadese overheid: Ca$ 7,00 en na een paar minuten de ETA in huis. Dit bedrijf doet officieel maar is 100% commercieel

Giving one star is being generous. Their Cust Svc is non-existent. Response time can be weeks, if at all. Do it yourself or use another service provider.

Dit bedrijf bedriegt dus iedereen en maakt grove fouten die hun niet toegeven waardoor ik niet op reis kan gaan door hun fout , ik ben hierdoor mijn verlof kwijt, mijn vluchttickets, mijn reisverzekering en hotel kwijt Ik heb hiervoor ook nog eens 350euro mogen betalen omdat ze mij visum niet op tijd kunnen afleveren Waar is die zogenoemde customer service die geen service is IEDEREEN moet dit weten

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Awful. Slow. Ineffective. Twice now I have paid to get a Chinese visa in time for an invited international seminar, paying over $850 each time for "premium service" and overnight prepaid shipping. However, TWICE, as in BOTH TIMES that I have used this service, CIBT has failed to get me a VISA in time for travel. This last time they had 6+ weeks to get it done. However, representatives take an average of 3-4 business days to respond to any emails or even phone calls (if they respond at all), thus I fail to see how any of this is "premium" service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Pick a local travel agency, or apply yourself. I will also be informing my University to STOP suggesting anyone use this company for visa applications in the future.

What I though I was getting for $ 500 AUD was convenience & peace of mind . What I got for $500 AUD was to fill out all my own China applications, upload documents, only to be told days before I was to travel that I must drop off my passport in the city (1h 30min from where I live), pick up my passport from the (1h 30 min from where I live) 3 days later if I wanted to any chance of traveling on my booked and paid for holiday. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE
