First of all, a great rate but most importantly, I got the service and communication every step of the way I was promised. In my life, I have financed and refinanced 8 different times and even walking away from one closing when what I was promised as closing costs was not even close. This time was by far the best from all of the information over the phone and online to the closing done with the friendliest and most professional we have ever met. Now, the same ease comes with making the payment each month.

Excellent experience from start to finish !

I was having difficulty getting a loan because I didn't have a credit score since I haven't used credit in over 6 years. The staff at Churchill Mortgage was very helpful and informative. It took some doing but I was able close a loan thanks to their assistance. If I need another mortgage, I will call Churchill first.
