His communication regarding the loan and the process was top notch. Questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. And worked closely with my agent and together they were a great team. For a first time home buyer, I was initially anxious about the whole process but Andrew made everything so easy and it went very smoothly alleviating any anxiety I initially felt. Even though my settlement was a few weeks ago, Andrew still follows up to make sure I don't have any questions or need anything. Not many lenders would show up for closing. He did and I am grateful.
