I would recommend Churchill Mortgage to anyone seeking to buy a home in this crazy market. I have even passed along Les's contact information to my father-in-law since he expressed interest in being connected, so I don't say this lightly.

Churchill was prompt and tentative to ensure our mortgage was process quickly, professional. They answered our questions. Pearly when they would come up and provided solutions when we needed assistance.

I value responsibility and reliability a great deal. In holding myself to this standard I had anticipated a couple of months where I knew my automatic mortgage payment needed to be paused in order to better match with my pay schedule. I called two weeks in advance to pause the upcoming scheduled payment and the following month. the representative assured me that she had completed my request. Two Weeks later I had a notice from my bank for NSF fee when the scheduled payment that I thought I had paused had attempted to draft. The Churchill rep that I spoke with after that reassured me that the draft will no make another attempt. However a week later, I received a notice from my bank regarding NSF fees due to the second attempt of my mortgage to draft (this was supposed to be paused). This happened the following month as well. After many phone calls with Churchill I requested to remove the auto draft. I was denied because my mortgage was in the process of being taken over by another bank… which was still a bank that Churchill managed or vise versa. I had also been denied my requests for refunds for the fees. However after a few more phone calls, and still being denied verbally , the refunds appeared in my bank account. Needless to say, my experience with Churchill is a far cry from the wonderful service I received from the broker, Mario Cabrerra, when I decided to refinance with Churchill. I do want to give Mr. Cabrerra 5 stars. I will be updating my auto pay this month and I hope I can continue on smoother waters with Churchill however I will consider refinancing with another mortgage company if I have any more issues.

Great Help! When we needed a loan, Churchill had our back in getting pre-approval and then the actual loan. The team we worked with was great.

Churchill Mortgage was the easiest people I've worked with in a long time. Kevin was always available. 7 days a week even into the evenings he was there for us. He never left us in doubt, question, and always had the answer or explanation. He was kind, courteous, and the reason we obtained our new house. My realtor even stated she was blown away with how responsive, on time, and how helpful Kevin and Churchill Mortgage was. Far outperformed the local lenders hands down.
