Churchill is excellent
Churchill is excellent. I was stalled in a refi for 6 months with another company and no adequate explanations. I finally turned to Churchill and I was finished in less than 6 weeks.

Absolutely A Godsend!
I'm so glad we chose Churchill for our mortgage company. Our broker was with us and our real estate agent every step of the way. There were some struggles with the selling agent that came up and we felt that we had someone in our corner looking after our best interests. Someone to give us all the information so we could make informed decisions. Our calls and emails were promptly answered, and there were a lot of them! We always felt like the most important people at the moment. Never rushed. For first time home buyers, I'm so grateful for the entire Churchill staff and especially our broker.

Could Not Ask for Anyything Better
The whole process went very smooth. My loan officer was always readily available to assist with any questions or concerns. The rate provided to me was fair with market value.
