The process was well explained, straightforward, and simple. As a veteran, this is the simplest experience I have had. I would absolutely recommend Churchill for financing or refinancing a home.

Good mortgage company. This is my first time owning my own home and I really appreciate all the work they did to help me get my condo. They got me a really good rate. They also have online tools that tell you at a certain point how much your home is worth and how much you have invested in your home. I love to see those numbers going up! I only wish I could see how the amoritization schedule changes if I make an additional payment or see every month how much principal I am paying/have paid on line.
