After 3 months waiting, finally text message and email are received upon unlock completion. Thanks to Will and chronics. Hope you can improve waiting time in the future. Please don't have a doubt with them. Regards, Oman

My phone was eventually unlocked but it took twice as long as their website had promised- they claimed it would take 2 weeks to unlock but I ended up waiting more than a month. Near the end of the 2 weeks, I sent 3 emails within the space of a week asking for the status of my phone. There were NO REPLIES. I was beginning to think the company was a fraud so in my last email I threatened to report them to various fraud-busting websites. However they did unlock my phone in the end, hence the 3 stars. 0/5 customer service, 0/5 speed, but at least it worked...

The company and Will are great and extremely polite. However their iCloud removal service took an extremely long time to the point where I just decided to send Apple the invoice instead and have it removed rather than wait any longer. Didn't take long to get a refund, which was cool. Don't let the iCloud issue affect how you view Chronic Unlocks though, every other unlocking service they provide is legit and works without issue :)

I had exactly what every one on here went thru waited from 9/9/14 and guess what my unlock came last night so about 4 months wait it happened . I hope this helps because trust me I was going crazy I emailed them everyday and I probably got 5 answers . Good luck to everyone..

Ordered iCloud activation removal and the phone works now but it took them way too long (5 months). Still the service is good.

3 month for unlock (20-45days normally). But it's true it's working. Great
