Chronic unlocks delivered what was promised. The wait time was a bit longer than expected but it was completed and the phone world perfectly!

Was skeptical at first trusting an online site to unlock my iphone 5. I paid for the express service last Friday. Saturday morning I got a text saying my phone had been unlocked. Now I had an AT&T iPhone 5 and it wasn't even activated yet because I have T-Mobile. Got home, popped the sim card into the phone and my iPhone activated!! Immediately I made a phone call and sent some sms messages. Everything was fully working. About 30 minutes later I got a pop up to update something for the new network or something to that nature, not really sure what for it was working already, but I did and my phones been working fantastically! A++++ to chronicunlocks. This is the way to go.

Happy to recommend Chronic unlocks as the service was easy and excellent value. Only reservation is that I had to wait 14 days (10 business days) for my unlock rather than the advertised 1-5 days.

After receiving an email notice from Chronicunlocks that my phone was unlocked I drove directly to the T-Mobile store. I had a micro-sim put in the iPhone 5 and we waited and waited. The salesman told me many people come in with worthless unlocks. But after about 5-6 minutes the phone blinked onto the t-Mobile network. He was surprised. After reading about your service I was a bit hesitant at first but ultimately totally confident you would come through....and you did. Thank you. Tom.
