Customer Support [Name] initially sent email that he would look into the problem then stopped replying to my urgent requests for assistance after 4 days. I sent email to cancel and get a refund after 8 days. No response until I received a stock email 12 days after the original order informing me of successful completion. He STILL isn't replying to my emails. Now attempting to get a refund via PayPal.
