They have basically zero accountability or customer service. Got three bags, one arrived smelling like someone dumped Italian salad dressing inside of it and let it rot, lol.. no reply from customer service. Zero. Nothing on Instagram, nothing on Facebook, nothing on their website, nothing on their store page, nothing by email... Classy. The product is nice looking, but if you have a problem, you're clearly 100% on your own with no warranty.

I had a bag for less than 2 years that became defective. When I submitted a warranty claim they tried to get my to fix it myself! When it didn't work, they essentially told me they couldn't help me because they hadn't ever seen the problem before - but thanked me because they would be able to let the team know internally that the problem existed. That's it. I'm stuck with a defective bag. The warranty DOES NOT EXIST.

New to Chrome bags. Picked up the Citizen Messenger bag 24. 4 months later with light use daily- the waterproof interior has started to fall apart. Horrible bag actually with the liner. It's so rigid. While I sort out warranty replacement that I'll sell ASAP- I've ordered a custom made bag from Courierware with no zips, laptop pouches or shitty velcro to fail. Soft inner too. I won't buy another thing from Chrome. Never had a bag fall apart this quick. I had a $12 Temu messenger for more than a year doing the same duties that this bag replaced- that never had issues. Previous to that a Manfrotto messenger from 2013 that is still used. No issues other than wear a tear. Crazy. Over engineered landfill.

I've purchased the Mini Kadet, the Kadet 9L and the Kadet Max bags, along with extra straps, an organizer and a utility pouch. All are fantastic. Delivery from the website is easy and items come via DHL with full tracking. An awesome company to deal with.

Bag flaked and the waterproofing part for the inner bag had a small hole. Emailed in picture and proof alongside the warranty label and support gave enough credits to get a brand new bag from their website. Amazing experience!

Ho contattato il supporto clienti in merito alla garanzia di un prodotto, ho inviato la richiesta tramite modulo sul sito, mi è stato richiesta una prova fotografica del tag cucito all'interno dello zaino e l'ho fornita. Mi hanno risposto due persone diverse chiedendomi di mandare la foto del tag, l'ho mandata 6 volte e nulla. Non mi hanno più risposto. La loro Lifetime warrenty non viene rispettata, pessimo servizio, per dei prodotti fin troppo costosi. Ci sono aziende più serie. Inaffidabili

The waterproof lining on my chrome backpack has disintegrated & flaked off, impacting waterproofing and shedding grey particles all over my clothes every time I use it. The stitching on the backpack strap has also come undone. These are clear workmanship and material faults, but they refuse to honour their 'lifetime warranty'.
