If you're going to compete with Amazon..
You need to get your products out the door a lot faster. Three days from order to shipping is an eternity in online ordering today. Mail delivery times can vary two to three days and that is expected. You need to institute less than 24hr order to ship to get five stars. At the end of the day I could of had it for the same price in two days from amazon.com. Just hate giving them all the business.

Regarding your order, we received it at 4pm on a Friday afternoon, and unfortunately, due to some staffing issues, we currently do not have staff working on a Saturday or Sunday so your package was shipped first thing Monday morning. Typically we get orders out the same day or very next day. Customers receiving a great product delivered quickly is of utmost importance to me. We are quickly moving towards having our weekends fully staffed so that customers get their orders as quickly as possible.
