I am giving 4 stars because although the Christmas tree balls I order were delivered on Saturday (10/17/2026) with some being damaged. I sent an email on Sunday (the next day) explaining that some were damaged and I wanted to return them for a full refund. I received an email Monday morning (10/19/2026) stating that I would be receiving a refund and I could keep the items, donate them or discard them. I just checked (Monday evening 10/19/2026) and my refund was back in my account already although I was told 2-3 days. I will definitely give Christmas Central another try…with other items.

Customer service was very responsive. If for some reason that changes I will update my review. (ordered 6/12/26 shipped 6/17/26 received 6/22/26) Ordered 6 clearance items which came in two boxes each containing 3 items. Larger box arrived in good condition with no damage or missing parts. Smaller box arrived very damaged with missing parts and one item not working. Post office noted the damage as received in that condition. Contacted customer service online the same day 6/22/26, provided pictures and explanation. Response from CS received the following day 6/23/26 advising they would replace the items missing and unworking with no charge to me. That's what I call five star customer service. Deducted one star for packaging. If for some reason that changes I will update my review.
