I ordered two (2) 60" tall Christmas Santas...charged $517.52...the cartons were sent via USPS. When the items were delivered they were left by my garage...no door bell ring, or knock on my door to let me know they were left outside in an uncovered area...it's rainy here. When I discovered them, both cartons were severely damaged, ripped cartons, tape totally loose, and USPS tape trying to secure them stating "received damaged". The cartons had never been unpacked and inspected just sent from the shipping container from CHINA to my home...the boxes were too flimsy, and the tape was obviously cheap...I called the company and told them I did not want the merchandise...who ships over $500 worth of merchandise like this, except garbage businesses? I was told I would have to pay the shipping back...and ship them myself...first off they do not fit in my vehicle, second, I am not taking responsibility for shipping the merchandise back in cartons that are already destroyed. I called my bank and did a charge back...now I am being told I need to open the cartons and inspect the merchandise...NO, I am not...if the garbage you shipped like this for $500 was OK with you to arrive in totally ripped apart, open cartons, with damage cartons received by the USPS...I am not. Take your junk back, or I put it by the curb for the garbage guys.
