Love what they are representing but the quality must improve. My last three bracelets I brought. the last purchase being a month ago. All three of my bracelets trinkets fell off or the bracelet just simply gone fallin apart my mountain with the mustard seed necklace. I have a whole mountain now and not even the seed of faith to move it figuratively and actual. Love the word of their spreading but for the price of the membership jury must improve if you want to keep coming back

I purchased a few shirts and two necklaces when they were running a promotional sale. All items were shipped quickly. The shirt colors are true to the website description and the screen press looks good. The necklaces are very pretty. I've wanted a mustard seed necklace for a while and I was thankful to be able to find not one but two!

This company charged me for a recurring monthly subscription without my knowledge. I ultimately had to block them.
Response from ChristiandivinityMay 24, 2024
Hi Lisa, We are sorry you feel so negatively about our company. Christian Divinity is a members only company that offers wholesale pricing on all of our products and also helps provide bibles to those around the world. Unfortunately we can not sell our products at wholesale pricing without the membership fee and we wouldn’t be able to afford the donation to help distribute the word of God. Our website is very clear and talks about the membership on every page. We also require all members to agree to the membership before they can checkout. Additionally we send dozens of emails and sms messages to our members about the membership monthly. After reviewing your order Lisa, we can see that you were charged one time for our monthly membership fees. We refunded you for those charges when you alerted us that you did not want to be apart of the Christian Divinity VIP Club. Please feel free to contact us directly via email if you have any further questions or concerns.

I thought I was getting a free t-shirt for mother's day. Turns out, they sent 2 of the same t-shirt in separate packages, and arrived the same day!! So I had to pay 10$ SHIPPING for each of the packages. When I only wanted one tshirt. AND, Unknowingly, was charged for 2 membership fees a couple days apart from each other. So a "FREE TSHIRT" quickly turned into a $60 cost. After emailing them they DID say they'll refund 10$ out the first $19.95 membership.

Dear Lynette, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We deeply apologize for any confusion and inconvenience you encountered with your order. Upon reviewing our system, it appears that two orders for the same product were placed about 30 minutes apart. We understand how this might have led to unexpected shipping charges and the perception of duplicated membership fees. We sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding our membership terms. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and would like to address any further concerns you may have. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] so we can assist you further and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
