Had a question about fitting a Spartan Bipod on a MPR. Was called back in a very timely manner and the question was answered by staff, who by the way, had mounted the bipod on the very rifle I had. The guys were very friendly and wanted to make sure every question I had was completely and thoroughly answered. Very Pleased !!!! Service is where it is at. Bob Dosser

I bought a new Mesa Long Range rifle, it had scratches on the barrel and dark discoloration on the bottom plate logo. I sent it back for repair under warranty. The issues were addressed and it was returned promptly. I was told that the action was re-Ceracoated and the bottom plate was replaced. The front end of the barrel was ceracoated, the shade doesn’t quite match. The bottom plate doesn’t appear to have been replaced, there are still traces of the dark discoloration visible. The turnaround time was impressive, the work was not.

Overall good. Slow to communicate where my item was. or estimated delivery date. Had to call C.A. to find order information but found it had been located by the charge to y debit card. Need better tracking and notification process. About a week later than originally notified.
