I purchased two Guns from Christensen Arms and am regreting the purchase. 1. My new BA Tactical in 6.5 PRC is very dificult to extract a shell after is fired. It like the chamber either has a bur or was not polished enough to allow for a smooth release of the case. The aucuracy on this 2500.00 gun sucks. 2. My Mesa long range has become a problem. Your video onn replacing the muzzle brake makes it look easy, however, my muzzle brake took two gunsmith and myself at diferent attempts to remove the Brake off. My barrel looks like crap and im now having to pay to have it cerakoted. Please understand that im not a novice to long distance shooting or the ins and outs of gun care. I wanted to believe that Chritensen Arms had moved past their negative reputation and going against the adivice of my experienced shooting friends would prove them wrong, but it was me who was wrong. Well to start , I want to say the delivery was prompt of the accessories. Other than that the workmanship on the $2500 MPR is absolutely horrible in my opinion. The finish is not consistent and the carbon fiber has several rough and unfinished spots also the contact on the bolt lugs is really minimal ( going to have to Do a bunch of work ) Not what i expected when I payed this kind of money for a rifle. I bought Christensen because of their reputation of quality. I will say this, in my opinion my Ruger precision is so much better as far as accuracy, finish and overall quality. Sorry to say I don’t see myself buying another Christensen product. To top it off the cantilever scope mount I bought for one of my AR-10 s is made by Warne and at a significant price increase only to have the Christensen name on it. I feel Christensen has really let me down. I spend more than 20% of my annual income on this hobby and I was not impressed with your products.
