Christensen ArmsReviews of christensenarms.com

I recently purchased a ridge line 300 PRC.The base rail I ordered to go with the scope I purchased was right but the screws were to big.I called Christensen Arms twice left a message never a call back. Third time got a representative he was good and told me you sell them which I had seen on your website. They were out of stock at the time so I left a notification to be emailed when it comes in. Never received a response when it came in stock just was checking the web page and saw it was in stock. Bottom line I got the rail fit great. Just think customer service could be better.

Overall good. Slow to communicate where my item was. or estimated delivery date. Had to call C.A. to find order information but found it had been located by the charge to y debit card. Need better tracking and notification process. About a week later than originally notified.

I would give four s

It was easy to order from the website, but the shipping has taken over two weeks.

I ordered the muzzle break it came in quick and it looks great have not got to shoot it yet but the spacer did not work to time it so I'll have to order a shim kit before I can test it out

Quick service

Great quality, but the shipping charges was too high. It didn’t cost $8 to ship a scope mount…

Ordered crush washers to time my CA SS side baffle. Suggest maybe putting 6 in a package; 2 of each thickness.
