Rude and Unhelpful
Before purchasing a new espresso machine I had several questions and they were very quick to answer each and every one. Fast and excellent shipping too- which is no small thing with 70 pound machine. I highly recommend Chris Coffee. Update: I reached out for some technical advice and the person I spoke with was rude and completely unhelpful. I didn't get my question answered and had to go to anothe vendor to get the help I needed- this after spending close to $3000 at Chris Coffee. Needless to say they lost any chance they had at getting any more sales from me. Avoid Chris Coffee.
