We bought over $7000 worth of equipment from this store and technical support is minimal and even if the item is faulty or doesn't work they don't accept returns or send you another machine. So as a small business owner I am without a coffeee machine and out $7000 dollars with no refund or another machine. Huge disappointment. Won't recommend to anyone.

I spent $3K on an espresso machine that does not power up. It has never made a single espresso. I asked to exchange the machine and was told I had to file a claim with the manufacturer. I would have never purchased from them if I knew they would not stand behind what they sell.

spent 3k on an espresso maker and had it for less than a year use it no more than 1x a month. Stopped working and tried to get some help. They told me they will get to me when they feel like it and said we don’t care if you never purchase from us again!

How do I leave zero stars? The most condescending, short, rude, incompetent service. Delay after delay. Finally getting my machine back, they forget to include the adaptor to plug in the wall. God help you if you need service on your machine.
