I honestly didn't think changing my…
I honestly didn't think changing my relationship with alcohol was possible. For years it felt like drinking was something that just happened. It didn't feel like much of a choice. Choose Your Horizon helped change that. Now there are nights where I have a drink, and there are nights where I don't. The biggest difference is that it actually feels like my decision instead of something I'm being pulled toward. That sense of control has been incredibly empowering. The app has been a huge part of that. The reminders keep me on track, and I've found myself using it almost like a journal. Looking back at what I've logged helps me see progress that I probably would've missed otherwise.

Excellent service
Excellent service, they do send you tests over mail and all prescription. Friendly transparent service, the room for improvement is speed of shipment - it’s very slow and no way to choose faster delivery whether it’s tests or pills

medication and support hand in hand
The medication works great helping me reduce my urge to have more than one drink. The notifications are conversational and encouraging as they remind me to take the pill. I like that I can schedule the time of day to take it. Periodic connection with the medical team really increases my confidence. I have significantly reduced alcohol intake in the first 60 days

Great, supportive, robust, and accessible program
The medicine and support have helped me to be completely alcohol free for over 50 days. This is the longest stretch I have ever gone without alcohol.
