EVERYONE, HEED these warnings!!!! This may not be a scam, but the hoops you have to jump through are NOT worth the hassle and you will be angry that the gift giver didn’t just get you a A NORMAL gift card that doesn’t require an hour plus of work to get a gift. Feel like I am working the hassle this is turning out to be and it still isn’t done. I am still getting the error message. Everyone says scam which it may be, but scam is over used so you may be tempted to think people automatically say scam, it just isn’t worth it. I called my son and he is going to mail me receipt so I can return where purchased. So even though I have spent an hour trying to get it to work, I now have to spend MORE TIME & gas to return it. Again, take these reviews VERY SERIOUSLY!!!

Tried 6 times and got an error every time trying to redeem my card for a gift card. Have not called in yet but this is pathetic enough. I shouldn’t have to call in for a ecard. Stay away from this product! Edit: at recommendation of another review, I tried a different browser and was successful at getting the gift card. Have not used said gift card, but will hope it works. Leaving 3 stars for the hassle of this gift process. It wasn’t fun and I do not recommended. However anyone with issues, try a different browser or different device to see if you have success as I did.

DO NOT PURCHASE THESE CARDS!!!!!!!! There is no card in the packaging called customer service and was told nothing they could do about it and to take it back to where it was purchased!!

I had trouble redeeming the gift card like everyone else when it came to selecting the restaurant/brand I wanted to redeem it with. Try to redeem it on my phone thru choose your card.com multiple times. I did speak to a rep and gave him the reference error # he said the website was acting up and to try in a few hours or we could get a refund which would be a paper check. I did what he said hours later. Didn’t work. So I called again got another Rep she said to clear my phone’s cache. I did, nothing happen. Then she recommended I used a different device i.e. a laptop or desktop. I did just that and it worked! I was able to redeem my gift card. I’ll be using it tomorrow $20 :). But going forward I wouldn’t recommend these type of gift cards to give to people. Better off with a brand w/its own gift cards or visa gift cards w/cash on it.etc. Customer service support was good. No complaints. ————- ————— Update: I was to choose which brand I wanted my $20 gift transferred to, to put on the brand’s e-card. (You can’t go to the restaurant you chose with the CHOOSE YOUR CARD # / PIN number in this case, it won’t work I believe it says that on the on the instructions the physical paper gift card it came with). Anywho After I picked the brand I wanted, I just put the email I wanted my e-gift card sent to (which was my email) and followed that’s brands instructions on how to redeem/get what I wanted like any other normal gift card 👍. then I went to the brand/restaurant to have it redeemed via the brand’s mobile app which I had downloaded before hand :). 3 stars for hassle.

Purchaser of the gift card was scammed. Apparently, they were required to go to Chooseyourcard.com and select the desired restaurant. The purchaser gave the card to me without having done this. So when I try to go to Chooseyourcard.com and provide the numbers from the card I was given it returns an error. So the person who purchased this gift card was scammed out of $25. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a gift card. If it were possible to give 0 stars that would have been my rating. VERY DISSATIFIED

I've been trying to redeem a "Gift Card" from my retired 90 year old Aunt (with limited means) from choseyourcard.com. The whole repeative process of "trying to redeem" has turned out to be nothing but a PURE PROFIT CENTER for choseyourcard.com. Absolutely NO ON-LINE SUPPORT and when trying to dial the "posted" Customer Support # 833-414-9427 it doesn't recognize ANY keyboard input and automatically disconnects you. This company is PURE FRAUD!!!

Sucks so bad I wish I could give it 0/5 stars. I tried well over 3 times to try to redeem my gift card and each time it told me that they were unable to process my order because they were “unable to verify the order information you provided.” such b.s. I tried using different emails to see if it would make a difference but alas no. Please do not buy this for someone as a gift as it is a waste of your own money. If you are unsure of a place someone may want to shop at just give cash, a visa gift card, or simply ask them where they like to shop. I also tried calling customer support but it was all automated with no option to talk to a real person.

My son got me a $50 card for Christmas. I went online from my DuckDuckGo browser and ordered a $50 PF Chang eCard. Received it within 10 minutes via email.
