Scam, I've entered the numbers many times on two different browsers and my phone, and it say "an error occured". So can't redeem it. Althought it does let me check the balance. They hope you'll get frustrated and lose it SCAM

Deserves Zero Stars. I'm nearly 90 days into this unnecessary ordeal. It's one glitch after another. Avoid at all cost. Instead, go with the traditional method that puts the actual card in your hand at the time of purchase. This virtual method had to have had its software codes written by DEI hires rather than engineers that actually know how to write code.

We've tried 3 different computes and a phone and can not access the website. Customer service is useless.

Absolute scam. Lousy customer service, will only tell you to use the website even though the website doesn't work. Nothing but con artists that should rot in jail.

DO not used this product I was scammed out of $25, and embarrased at Red Lobster. Thinking it was a legitimated business I called. THey game me the run arround and kept the money. I checked their rating on google. It was 1.7. I hope to save you money.

Absolutely terrible company and nightmare to redeem. Took me 2 phones, 2 computers, and multiple browsers to get the thing to work. Constant "Errors" internally. This was a nightmare as we had gotten 2 x100$ gift cards for my girlfriend's parents, and it became a total nightmare to get back. Stay away from them as the frustration is not worth it. Go with a reputable company and stay away from these guys.

When I tried to redeem the gift card they said it had already been redeemed. Seeing as I just scratched off the back to see the card number, that wasn’t possible. I called customer service and they told me I needed a receipt of where it was purchased. It was a gift so I don’t have that information. They told me it was not usable. SCAM!

I have to give this company a one because zero is not an option. My son got this as a gift. I had read previous reviews so as not expecting much. We selected the gift card that we wanted and I took a screenshot of the transaction. I never got a confirmation email, but I did have the number because of my screenshot. Call the customer service number. The gentleman was repeatedly unable to help me and told me I should call back, but I demanded a supervisor. The supervisor got on the phone and remarkably was able to send me an email confirming that my email was working but not able to send me the gift card and told me I needed to wait 24 hours. Do not ever use this company. With all of the complaints I don’t understand how this company is not shut down for fraud. update, I am changing my review to it too because supervisor Rob was able to give me the gift card.
