Good customer support overall
Good customer support overall, but I highly recommend that Choice sends out a notification to its users that spoofing calls are being made by scammers falsely representing Choice in an attempt to gain customers personal information. This needs to happen ASAP.

Jacob McMillian Deserves 11 STARS
Jacob McMillian is superb in customer service. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, thorough and patient. Please have him train all members of the Choice Team in handling questions from Digital Trust customers who have an IRALLC and who want to invest in ETFs, mutual funds, stocks or crypto.
