have been trying to open an account for my grandchildren for over a month. I have been getting repeated requests for info from variety of people and still am waiting for confirmation that i can invest rhe money sent.

support is a big variable. Right now, I don't have access to my own account. Private equity is almost impossible to get set up. We have contacted them repeatedly for help to no avail.

I really dislike the app/website. No cost basis, no transactions, barely anything shown. Forms are hard to get. When I spoke with service about trades they didn't seem to understand that was looking for my cost basis. Kept saying "you can see what it's worth right there". But I trade a fair amount and was looking for what I had paid per share, not current value. Taking very long to get my funds transferred to another institution. Just not happy with them overall.
