exceptional service! Had some issues with shipping but it was dealt with in such a quick manner!!

We had issue with one of orders but the customer service we received was exceptional. We received timely email updates and the vendor went out of the way to resolve our issue.

I am so pleased with my purchase. The car hammock for dogs works wonders! I have a 2 year old pit who is 62 pounds, I have a Kia Sorento so I purchased the XL to cover the entire back seat. No slipping due to the grips on the bottom and I have leather seats. So easy to set up. I placed a toy and a blanket ( my dog likes to bury himself in a blanket) and my dog was all set for his car ride. The material is great quality, it should last a long time. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered my items on August 17th and until today September 6th I have yet to receive them.
