Took longer than a month to receive my order.

I never recieved my order. Altough that they refund me I always had to chase the and trying to find out what is the status with my order .

The water bottle didn't even work.

Never received item, seller never returned emails. Had to dispute transaction with my bank.

I never got my product I ordered. A xlg travel dog couch for 149.00 +!!!! It has been since January 12 when order was placed and nothing has arrived.

I haven’t received it as yet ?

I haven't recieved my package. No assistance regarding the matter. I have contacted support many time asking about the status of my order and tracking number because the page keeps saying that there's no order. No response.

For one, the sizing chart is wrong. Two, the shipping took forever because it comes directly from China and it’s not already here in the USA. Three, the front buckles are Metal but the rear ones are plastic. The hook to attach the leash is on the front which will get caught on any of the attachments you put on the harness. And lastly, they sent a harness pack but refuse to return the collar as they told me I would have to return everything, even though it comes separately wrapped in the package, and not only that but was Told that weeks after receiving because these guys don’t answer emails in a timely Fashion I’m talking weeks at a time. So now I’m out 90$ for a harness that’s wrong and a collar that doesn’t even fit.
