Poor quality and lack of customer support
First time and last time I’ll be ordering from chloe the label I’m afraid. Found the brand on Instagram-quite a high price point (£83 I paid) so expected efficient service and high quality. After 3 weeks the dress still hadn’t arrived. I chased on Instagram as that was the only contact details I could find, to be promised the tracking number (which I never got) then was subsequently ignored. The dress finally arrived 4 weeks after I placed my order and I can honestly say the quality from shein is infinitely better. The dresses claim to be hand made-you can tell. The lace was torn in places and the seam underneath is like someone has hacked at it and left it lumpy. I doubt they’d accept a return and I wasn’t willing to wait a decade to get a response and a refund so instead I’ve bitten the bullet and taken it to a tailors for £30 to try and salvage. Disappointed as I do like to try and support boutique brands :(
