I ordered a a set at the start of June that said it will arrive within 3 weeks. I had a holiday the the start of July with the order was for and it didn’t arrive. I got home from the holiday and it still hadn’t arrived. I contacted them and the replies were quite rude and no apology just said they were sending out that day. It arrived 4 weeks later. So a total of 2.5 months. If they had let me know honestly that they were not sending it out that day I would have cancelled as summer is over now and I have no purpose for the outfit.

Update on my other review i ordered nearly 3 months ago. Was told my outfit was lost so she’d send a new one a month ago but i have since followed up with no response at all, have escalated it to get a refund from my bank

Chlo is Fab she has been making me outfits from when she started she is lovely and the outfits are always fab xx

I messaged Chloe asking for an outfit on a tight timescale and she delivered as always 👏👏👏 thank you who much love it and great quality as always!!!

Bought of this site three times now and always the most unique and gorgeous outfits , I have just got my 3rd order for my Christmas night out and its stunning. Did take 2.5 weeks to come however does state 21 day turn around. x
