I ordered in early November one of your products for my husband for Christmas. Further to many follow-ups with your agents, the product had to be reshipped and was received only on December 24th at 2:00 p.m.

My son and I tried the game out of the box and enjoyed it. It's well constructed, challenging and very fun. Will be great to bring to the beach and to have on hand for entertaining. Easily transportable - beats lugging the big wooden cornhole game around!

I love these balls. They work perfectly in my yard, great for practice!

Got the right product and delivery time was good

I have their product and absolutely love it, so when I received an email on other items on sale I took a look. What caught my eye was the kanga cooler, thought it would pair nicely, so pulled the trigger on it. Received it, and noticed it seemed a bit small. The description said it could “hold an entire case of beverages”, however it holds a 12 pack. Not a big deal I guess, but did let chippo know about the error in the description. I told them I still loved it and I planed on keeping it. BUT, chippo apologized and thanked me for pointing out the error, as well as a returning customer, and SENT ME ANOTHER FREE OF CHARGE. I didn’t expect it or ask for it, they just sent it. Now, thanks to their great customer service, I’ll have a chippo kanga cooler for each board. Thanks again chippo. 🍻
